How Can I Pay?
You can pay for your order online using all major debit and credit cards. We also offer finance options through Klarna; please visit Klarna’s website for more information about these packages. For in-store purchases, we accept debit and credit cards as well as cash.

How Do I Amend or Cancel an Order?
To request an amendment or cancellation of an order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately at 02866251123 or via email at sales@omiwheels.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is in processing or has been dispatched.
Please be aware that once an order is dispatched, it cannot be amended, redirected, or canceled. If you need to return or exchange items, please refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.
Can I Have My Order Delivered to an Address Other Than My Own? Can It Be Delivered to a Garage?
Yes, you may choose an alternative delivery address, including a garage. Ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and inform the recipient, such as the garage owner, of the expected delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery if required.
Are All the Wheels on Your Website Available?
We aim to keep our inventory as up-to-date as possible. However, due to the nature of stock management, there may be instances where a product listed on our website is temporarily unavailable. We encourage you to check stock availability before placing an order to minimize any inconvenience. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund if preferred.
What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

What If I Miss the Delivery?
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or collect your package from a local depot. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure successful delivery.
